In partnership with other organizations, I create sanctuaries for leaders to recalibrate, renew, and refocus so that they can lead with greater clarity. The programming has three pillars designed to elevate your leadership proficiency: mindfulness, wellness, and personal style.

The Process

  • Informational Meeting
    You and Nancy will set aside time to discuss your ambitions, elaborate on Pivot’s offerings, and provide any answers you need to decide if Pivot is the right fit for you.
  • Approach Assessment
    After you have had time to consider your options, Nancy will guide you to the service that best fits your needs at this stage in your leadership journey. Most of her clients understand that change takes time, and building new leadership muscles requires commitment and consistency. Three to six month engagements are the minimum for true change for individual coaching. Intensive retreats with options for continuing in a curated group or coaching are equally impactful.
  • Personal Inventory
    Before beginning, Nancy recommends taking the time to reflect on your past, present, and future so you can show up fully for yourself.
  • The Plan
    With coaching goals and desired outcomes in place (often including a 360 feedback process from colleagues) Nancy and her clients meet regularly to discuss challenges, best practices, and successes. Together, we identify and understand patterns, as well as focus on opportunities for growth, mindset, and behavioral shifts. You’ll have constant check-ins to ensure the coaching journey is on course and where to course correct, if needed.
  • Lasting Impact
    At the conclusion of the engagement, you will review the progress together and identify any next steps necessary to continue your growth to ensure a long-term shift in behavior. Renewed engagements are common, as well as specialized work with a curated roster of experts.

    Nancy believes in continual education. Her formal training includes: Over thirty years of business experience and leadership roles Masters in Public Policy, Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program Adult Developmental Theory certification with Coaches Rising Winning from Withinⓒ practitioner Internal Family Systems work with various practitioners, including the Founder, Richard Schwartz Systems Intelligence program with Paul Zonneveld and Mieke Jacobs Mystic in Workplace and Systemic and Generational Trauma training with Thomas Hübl Certification in Hogan Personality Testing Mindfulness training with various global experts Energy management through the lens of The Energy Project Extensive and intensive self work

The process is designed to be fluid so that you and Nancy can meet in the moment, while taking into account past experiences and learnings. Nancy’s most successful client work is serving extremely smart, motivated, and successful leaders. She can speak your language and lend wisdom that others may not have. She will dare you to take risks and push you beyond the pace and limits you’ve set in the past, when and if appropriate.
